KIT has been established by a group of individuals committed to improving the quality of life of older people resident in care homes.

Our Management Group includes members with a wide range of experience in business management, computing, education, services for disabled people and accounting. Our patron is Lord Anthony Giddens, prominent sociologist and former head of the London School of Economics.
