KIT has a management and advisory group which combines a wide range of complementary skills and relevant experience. This group includes:

Lord Anthony Giddens - Patron. Prominent and internationally recognized sociologist. Former Professor of Sociology at Cambridge. Former Director of the London School of Economics..

Jeremy Morris - Chairman. Retired Financial Director.

Peter Abrahams - Technical Director. Former technical specialist with IBM UK.  Currently a consultant on software specialization for the disabled, working with Bloor Research in the UK.

Peter Noble - Director of volunteer training and development. Former Deputy Headteacher of a London comprehensive school.

Caroline Carty A.C.A. - Treasurer. 

Jean Lebrecht - An experienced educationalist who has led two London secondary schools and currently works as a consultant for the London Leadership Strategy and London Challenge.
